Riithra, an LKM-licensed counselor, has extensive experience in addiction treatment, crisis management, and mental health care. Having worked across residential rehabilitation centers, outpatient programs, and crisis intervention settings, Riithra has developed deep expertise in substance and behavioral addictions, as well as providing immediate support during high-risk situations.


Riithra believes in a warm, caring, and friendly approach, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported and accepted. Beyond addiction and crisis intervention, Riithra has worked extensively with individuals facing psychiatric conditions such as borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues.


As a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ mental health, Riithra is committed to providing affirming, inclusive, and culturally competent care. With experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals through identity exploration, relationship dynamics, minority stress, and mental health challenges, Riithra strives to create a safe and validating space where clients can express themselves freely and receive the support they deserve.
