  • Yes! All sessions are held online so you can access support from the comfort of your own space, no matter where you are.

    Your session will take place in a secure, private online space where you can feel safe to share and explore your thoughts. Just find a quiet, comfortable spot, and we’ll take it from there.

  • You can reach out to us via our website to book a session and we will be reaching out to you to confirm your slot and payment details.

    Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the session details.

  • Most people have weekly or bi-weekly sessions, but it’s flexible based on your needs. Your therapist or coach will help you decide what works best for you.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

    Cancellations made with less than a day's notice will be subject to a 50% session fee charge.

    If your therapist needs to cancel a session, we will do our best to arrange a make-up session at a convenient time.

  • We accept online payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be shared upon booking confirmation.

  • We offer a free mental health screening to help you gain insight into your emotional well-being and determine the best support for your needs.

    We believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone, which is why we also offer pro bono and community-rate sessions for those who may need financial support (based on availability).
